- Occupied areas stay usable. We section the work so tenants, staff and customers keep using the space.
- Signage, fixtures and equipment are covered and put back. Exactly where they were, before the space reopens.
- Low odour products in occupied spaces. Wherever the specification allows for them.
- Daily cleanup, not end-of-job cleanup. The space is presentable every morning whether we are finished or not.
- Written scope before we start. So there are no change-order surprises halfway through.
- $2,000,000 liability insurance. We are insured to work on your building, and you get that in writing with the scope.
If we miss any of it, tell us and we come back. Every job carries a written 5-year warranty and we are insured to $2,000,000.
