What we collect

When you fill out the estimate form, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you include one, the service you're interested in, and anything you tell us about the project. If you call or email us directly, we have whatever you share with us there too.

That's it. We don't run analytics, we don't use advertising trackers, and we don't set cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and give you an estimate.
• To schedule and carry out the work you hire us for.
• To follow up about the job, including our written touch-up guarantee.

We don't sell your information, we don't rent it out, and we don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

Who else touches the data

A few services help this website run, and your browser or form details pass through them:

• Formspree delivers the estimate form to our email inbox. Their handling of that submission is covered by the Formspree privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, and jsDelivr serves a small animation library. Like any web request, loading those files shares your IP address with those services. They don't receive anything you type here.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry and job details for as long as we need them to do the work, honour the guarantee, and keep reasonable business records. If you never become a customer, there's nothing forcing us to keep your inquiry and we'll delete it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just call or email us. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act.
